1. What Risha Does

Risha is a platform that allows users to create content using artificial intelligence tools.

We provide:

• Access to multiple AI tools (video, image, audio, text, etc.)
• A prompt assistant to help improve user inputs
• A credit-based system to use these tools

Risha does not build or own all AI models used on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Risha.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are legally allowed to use our platform
• You will comply with all applicable laws

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The prompts and content you submit
• Reviewing any generated output before using it
• Ensuring your use complies with laws and regulations

You must NOT use Risha to:

• Create illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Infringe copyrights or intellectual property
• Generate deepfake or deceptive content without proper consent
• Upload sensitive or confidential information

4. AI-Generated Content

Risha uses AI systems that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results.

We do NOT guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Legal compliance of generated content

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs.

5. Third-Party AI Tools

Risha integrates third-party AI tools and services.

We do NOT control:

• Their performance
• Their availability
• Their outputs

We are not responsible for any issues caused by third-party tools.

6. Credits & Payments

Risha operates on a credit-based system.

By purchasing or using credits, you agree that:

• Credits are required to generate content
• Credits may vary depending on the tool used
• Credits are non-refundable unless required by law
• Credits may expire or change over time
• Pricing and plans may be updated at any time

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or credit usage.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the content you generate, where applicable.

However:

• Risha does not guarantee ownership or copyright protection of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights
• Risha retains all rights to its platform, technology, and branding

8. Data & Privacy

By using Risha, you agree that:

• Your prompts and data may be processed to generate results and operate the platform
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive right to collect, store, use, and process such data for system improvement, analytics, and AI model training purposes
• We may process data through third-party AI providers
• We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, how third-party AI tools collect, store, use, or process user data, including any use for training, improvement, or analytics
• Individual users consent to such use by continuing to access and use the platform
• Enterprise users are subject to the same data usage by default unless otherwise expressly restricted under a separate written agreement
• You agree not to submit sensitive or confidential information

9. Service Availability
